Divorced Moms with Drew Rabidoux, LCSW
July 9-September 3rd on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7:00pm at Tree of Hope Counseling
This group is for women who are going through or coping with divorce and parenting children. How do you take care of yourself when what you thought your life would look like is different? The best way to cope is to meet others going through something similar. Come meet other moms who are juggling grief, taking care of kids, and trying to find a balance. For Moms 30yo and older with at least one child under 18. Participant fee: $35 per group

Stress Less- Skills to Manage/Cope with Worry & Anxiety for Middle Schoolers with Taylor Foster, LCSW
July 10th-August 7th on Wednesdays, 9:00am-10:00am at Tree of Hope Counseling
The goal of this group is to help participants learn necessary skills to manage intense worry and anxiety. Cognitive behavioral therapeutic techniques will be taught throughout this six week series. Through engaging activities and supportive sessions, participants will be empowered to navigate challenges with resilience and confidence, fostering a positive path forward. For kids ages 10-13. Participant fee: $60 for individual sessions, or $325 for the series.

VIRTUAL - Neurodivergent Parenting with Saralicia Hernandez, LMFT
July 9th - August 15th on Tuesdays, weekly, at 10am
Meet up for parents of neurodivergent/neurospicy children, children who want to meet up with other parents who understand the struggle. A non-judgmental environment to talk and feel supported. Parents of 3 and up. Participant fee: $30 per 1hr session.

Grow Your Calm, 3-day Coping Skills Camp with Victoria Gerhardt, LMSW
July 15, 16, 17th (Mon-Wed) from 10:00am-12:00pm at Tree of Hope Counseling
Equipping elementary students who struggle with anxiety and/or worry with CALM. This group will teach students to grow their calm through explicit teaching, activities, games, and more! For kids 5-9. Participant fee: $160

Waves and Currents with Carly Ianuzzi, LCSW
7/10, 7/24, 7/31 and 8/7 on Wednesdays from 5:30pm-7:30pm at Tree of Hope Counseling
Healing from birth, birth trauma and exploring the impact of trauma on parenting. All parents and birthing persons are welcome - no matter how long it has been. A wave carries energy on the ocean's surface. Waves can be big, like tsunamis, or small. The current is the constant movement of the water in the ocean. Childbirth is a complex event that can have an impact on our bodies and emotions. Just like the ocean, our pain, trauma and healing can be big, small or constant. For adults 18 and up. Participant fee: $50 per session

This retreat style group will engage parents who are on a grief journey after the loss of a child. It will offer connection, support, and creative activities for building awareness and processing of grief responses. Movement and Mindfulness with Carly Ianuzzi, LCSW
9/11-10/16 on Wednesdays from 5:30pm-7:30pm at Tree of Hope Counseling
Movement and Mindfulness is an 6-week support group designed to support survivors of trauma with trauma sensitive yoga, mindfulness practices and group processing. Advanced poses will not be practiced in group. This is to ensure safety and to encourage members to stay present in the moment. For adults ages 18 and up. Participant fee: $40 per session.

Children of Divorce with Victoria Gerhardt, LMSW
Divorce support group for children grades 1-3
Tuesday evenings in October 2024
Children are welcome to group who have parents that are currently divorcing, newly divorced, or who are adjusting to life after divorce. This is a group where we all have something in common – our family has had a change, and everyone is no longer under one roof. The curriculum includes whole group and small group discussions and activities, journaling, mindfulness practice, identifying stressors and building coping strategies. For kids ages 5-9. Participant fee: $175 for 5 sessions (sibling pair $250)
