Grief Process Group with Kara Juszczak, LCSWR
Every other Thursday starting August 8th 4pm-5:15pm at Tree of Hope Counseling
A group for those with multiple losses and chronic grief. Insurances accepted: Excellus, Aetna, Medicare, United, Cigna. Group is open for new members to join anytime - please reach out to Kara for insurance check and screening.

Self-Compassion Workshop: Learn Practical Tools to Improve Your Life with Susanna Guarino, LMHC
September 14th from 10:00am-1:00pm via Zoom

Children of Divorce with Victoria Gerhardt, LMSW
Divorce support group for children grades 1-4 (ages 6-10)
Tuesday evenings in October 2024
Children are welcome to group who have parents that are currently divorcing, newly divorced, or who are adjusting to life after divorce. This is a group where we all have something in common – our family has had a change, and everyone is no longer under one roof. The curriculum includes whole group and small group discussions and activities, journaling, mindfulness practice, identifying stressors and building coping strategies. For kids ages 6-10. Participant fee: $175 for 5 sessions (sibling pair $250)
